Agrotourism characterizes the municipality. Three vineyards of the Brome-Missisquoi Wine Route have roots in Brigham. Vignoble La Mission, Domaine Vitis and Vignoble de la Bauge. To the vineyards are added sugar bushes, vegetable farms, a breeding of emus and a producer of garlic and several other businesses.

The Yamaska River plays a key role in the backdrop of Brigham. Two covered bridges, the Balthazar Bridge built in 1932 and the Decelles Bridge built in 1932, cross the Yamaska River and two of the four municipal parks, Claude-Piel and M. A. Fortin parks offer views of the river and the Yamaska Dam.
